Has anyone here ever taken a liquid mineral to improve their health? I wanted to ask about this this just seems like something very interesting to me I’m always interested in anything that will make me feel better and make my body more healthy. So, the big question is always has anybody else tried it, and what was your experience?

One of the things I really want to focus on is the link with parts of the liquid metal. This is because all the research I’ve done a liquid supplement especially when it comes to liquid vitamins or liquid minerals is supposed to be so much better in terms of adding to your health. This is because look what supplements are more easily absorbed into the bloodstream, where as hard pills or even chewy vitamins are quite often undigested and move through the system before the body has a chance to really take advantage of their nutrients.

If you’re like me then you are probably not getting all of the vitamins and minerals that your body really needs every day from your general diet. Let’s be honest as much as I try to be healthy and make healthier choices in terms of what IE, it doesn’t always happen. I still eat too much fast food. Let’s be honest any fast food is too much fast food, but I do still eat it and I know that a lot of what I’m taking it is empty calories and over the processed. This means there is a deficiency in my mineral uptake and that is what I want to prove on and see if it has an effect in my general energy level.

I’m also not take the step to make sure that I’m eating more fruits and green vegetables and less of the processed white bread, but I think adding effectively liquid minerals to my diet is going to make the biggest immediate difference in terms of getting the nutrients I need for my body to be healthy. Let me know your experience with liquid minerals and we’ll see what we all can learn and hopefully be a little bit healthier.
